Track
the check number, received by and enter notes if you choose.
Search
by the bill number, client, matter or by amount.
Calculates
the Amount to allocate and tracks the batch total.
Once
you have made your selection the bill or bills will display.
You may
allocate to a particular bill, pay just fees, costs, late charges, let the
system automatically allocate to the oldest bill, (costs then fees), or put the
amount in as an advance deposit or trust.
You can
review the bill detail and a copy of the actual bill

Receipt & Add Another allows you to enter your entire deposit without
leaving the screen.
